We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing comprehensive support to our IT operations, ensuring smooth functionality for our user base.


About the Role:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in assisting approximately 300 users, collaborating closely with the IT Manager to address daily operational support and various projects. Our organization prides itself on fostering a supportive and friendly work environment, where you can thrive in your IT career.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver desktop support to users across the organization.
2. Collaborate with the IT Manager to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
3. Ensure that all inquiries are handled efficiently and courteously.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with staff members.
5. Engage in both routine support and project-related tasks.
