About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Worker to join our team within Forth Valley Community Nursing Services. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with General Practice and Community Nursing teams, providing high-quality care and support to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out delegated work on a daily basis, including phlebotomy and chronic disease monitoring.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and maintain good communication skills, flexibility, and adaptability to meet the needs of the team and patients.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Travel throughout the area of service delivery as required.
Requirements

  • Ability to work well in a team and use initiative.
