We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic nurse to join our Health Protection Service as a Community Health Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and developing environment, contributing to the protection and improvement of health and well-being in North Wales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
  • Manage and organize clinical areas, participating in education, development, and supervision of other staff members.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of health protection strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with experience in health protection or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Desirable: ability to speak Welsh.
