About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as Clinical Lead - RGN. As a key member of our management team, you will support the General Manager in operating a compliant and effective care home that provides a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for residents and their visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational leadership and management to the staff team, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
- Ensure medication policies and procedures are adhered to, and support with the reviewing of medication and administration.
- Monitor the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any changes impacting on care and care plans.
- Complete monthly audits, quality indicator reports, and other reports as required.
- Attend weekly clinical meetings and monitor clinical risk areas in the home.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate will have:
- A PIN and a minimum of two years' experience working in a similar care environment, in a management position.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Sound knowledge of the Care Standards Act 2000, the key lines of enquiry, and safeguarding.
- Adaptability and flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
Requirements
- A DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
