About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as Clinical Lead. As a key member of our management team, you will support the General Manager in operating a compliant and effective person-centred care home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inspirational leadership and management to the staff team.
  • Ensure medication policies and procedures are adhered to and support with reviewing medication and administration.
  • Monitor the wellbeing of each resident and be aware of any changes impacting care and care plans.
  • Complete monthly audits, quality indicator reports, and other reports as required.
  • Attend weekly clinical meetings and monitor clinical risk areas in the home.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. Our ideal candidate must have:

  • A minimum of two years' experience working in a similar care environment in a management position.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and be competent in the use of IT systems.
  • Sound knowledge of the Care Standards Act 2000, the key lines of enquiry, and safeguarding.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
