About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Services Manager to join our team at a large, highly-regarded NHS GP surgery in Bristol. As a Patient Services Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, working closely with the Practice Manager, Ops Manager, and GP Partners to deliver high-quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the efficient operation of the Reception team, ensuring all duties are performed effectively, safely, and to a high standard.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training package for new and existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge base.
- Liaise with the wider team, including Care Coordinators, Pharmacists, Physios, Nursing Team, and IT, to improve service provision to our patients.

Person Specification
- Leadership and Management Diploma Level 3
