About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at FirstPort (UK). As a key member of our Customer Excellence Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and expert advice to customers through various communication channels, including calls, emails, and web chat.
  • Work closely with Property Managers to ensure customer and development issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage customer queries and interactions in accordance with service level targets and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Accurately categorize customer contact to identify areas for service improvement.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Confident and articulate communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Efficient administration and record-keeping skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
