About the Infrastructure Finance Team:
The firm's Infrastructure Finance team is particularly noted for its expertise in infrastructure acquisition financings and refinancings, representing both infrastructure sponsors and finance providers. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex transactions, including acquisition financings and refinancings, spanning a variety of asset classes, such as airports, energy transition businesses, and digital infrastructure, including data centres.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage Transactions: You will lead and manage the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of infrastructure finance transactions, utilizing your deep understanding of infrastructure finance, particularly in areas like bank lending, European institutional funding, US private placements, and structured financing platforms.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: You will build and maintain strong relationships with financial sponsors and other clients, acting as their designated funder counsel.
- Supervise and Mentor: As a Senior Associate, you will take on supervisory responsibilities, mentoring junior associates and trainees.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be UK qualified and between 3-8PQE with experience in infrastructure finance, including acquisition financings and refinancings, with a comprehensive understanding from both the lender and sponsor sides.
