Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate administrative services for outpatient clinics, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of care.
  • Work closely with clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve patient flow and reduce waiting times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff, ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with Trust priorities and objectives.
