Job Summary:

Lloyd Barnes Accountancy Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Partner to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business through seamless cross-departmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial insights to support customer quotation processes, ensuring accurate and timely calculation of product costs.
  • Analyse financial performance of customers and products, tracking project costs and time to guarantee accurate revenue recognition.
  • Enhance costing models, ERP systems, and related processes, cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Present to Executives, offering detailed guidance to both finance and non-finance managers, leveraging commercial acumen to recommend improvements in data capture, reporting, and analysis.
  • Apply deep expertise in costing methods to establish product pricing structures, utilizing advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP/MRP software systems.

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting qualification.
  • Proven experience in management accounting or financial analysis, with a strong analytical skillset and ability to quickly interpret data and draw conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences and manage conflicting priorities independently.
