Position Overview

White Label Recruitment is collaborating with a prominent engineering manufacturer specializing in mechanically engineered products. We are seeking an Internal Sales / Sales Support professional to join our team on an 18-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quotations and Follow-ups: Ensure standard quotes are delivered within 24 hours, modified product quotes within 72 hours, and application/modified quotes within 3 weeks, depending on complexity.
  • Order Management: Process all orders in the system on the same day.
  • Order Confirmations: Send confirmations to customers within 24 hours of order receipt.
  • Order Expediting: Liaise with relevant departments weekly to expedite customer orders.
  • Reporting: Responsible for sending weekly open order book reports to customers.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain and enhance relationships with both external and internal customers.
  • Quote Follow-ups: Chase quotes to ensure customers have the necessary information and facilitate order progression.
  • Data Management: Perform daily data management tasks.
  • Ad-hoc Activities: Engage in various tasks within the Internal Sales department as required.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Internal Sales, Sales Administration, or Sales Support. Experience in the engineering sector is highly desirable, though not mandatory. Candidates with a background in manufacturing or engineering distribution will also be considered.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of up to £28,000 annually, along with quarterly bonuses of £500. Additional benefits include:
