Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable ledger, processing purchase ledger invoices, and seeking approval from budget holders and stakeholders for invoice payments. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the AP ledger and ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices
- Processing weekly payment runs and expense processing
- Reconciling credit card statements and managing aged creditor reporting
- Providing ad hoc payments and reporting as required
- Assisting with the month-end close process
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Approximately 2-3+ years of experience working in Accounts Payable
- Prior working knowledge of SUN systems
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience working in a finance team for a hotel is essential
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable hotel company with a global presence. The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000, plus bonus (disc.).
