Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Doctor Critical Care Specialist to join our Intensive Care Medicine team at London Bridge Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our critical care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care to critically ill patients in our Level 3 Critical Care Adult Unit
- Work collaboratively with Consultants and Nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
- Participate in audits, projects, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols to improve patient care
- Contribute to the development of our critical care services and participate in educational programs
Requirements:
- GMC Registration and License to Practice in the UK
- Intensive Care Medicine training (Critical Care and Anaesthesia)
- Experience working in a Level 3 Critical Care Adult Unit
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
