This will enable you to build strong professional relationships with the children and gain a deeper understanding of their individual needs.

We prioritize staff development and career progression. If you do not already hold a Level 2 NVQ in Team Leading, you will be enrolled in the program after completing your 3-month probation period, with support from our dedicated internal training team.

Throughout your career at Loddon, you will receive ongoing training and support to facilitate your growth within the organization, whether that involves pursuing a QTS or various funded Level 2 courses relevant to your role.
