About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our Holiday Operations team at Jet2. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for proactively monitoring and leading the 24-hour real-time operation, ensuring excellent service and adherence to standards, policies, and company obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the escalation process within the Overseas Operations Team and ensure that all Overseas Operations and Company policies and procedures are managed and followed.
  • Produce management information and regular reports on operational performance and incident resolution.
  • Support both internal and external stakeholder relationships in providing day-to-day guidance and subject matter expert support on overseas operations.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in a customer-focused or operational role in a Tour Operator or Airline.
  • Calm and reliable under pressure, making clear and confident decisions in challenging circumstances.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, able to understand a situation and consider your response quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team from the front.
  • Ideal experience working overseas and in-depth knowledge of industry regulations relating to areas such as ABTA, Package holidays, and Airline Operations.
