We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Haygate Veterinary Centre. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to clients, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors to the practice.
  • Manage client relationships, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Process client transactions, including payments and insurance claims.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a veterinary or customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of animal care and welfare.
