Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Collaborate with a portfolio of existing accounts to develop clearly defined strategies and long-term relationships that maximize sales opportunities and exceed sales targets.
- Sales Development: Identify, define, and implement sales development plans with accounts to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
- Marketing Support: Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, incentives, and other marketing activities to engage accounts and drive sales.
- Reporting and Analysis: Produce weekly sales reports with relevant data on booking trends, ensuring full analysis, interpretation of data, and recommendation for action.
- 2-3 years of experience in managing accounts at a head office level.
- Sales development experience in the travel industry and a track record of exceeding targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong head office relationships at all levels.
- Strong negotiation skills and sound commercial acumen.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to recognize and react to changing customer needs.
- Native or bilingual Spanish is required, a second European language (French or Italian) is a plus.
- Experience with Hubspot, Tableau is preferred, firm knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
