Job Description

Finitas is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team on an interim basis. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and transformation.

Project Overview

You will be working autonomously to gather requirements and create user stories to support the development of new business systems and processes. This will involve liaising with a range of stakeholders, including SMEs and affiliated companies, to ensure seamless integration and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new business systems and processes
  • Create and maintain accurate and detailed user stories and user cases
  • Provide expert-level stakeholder management and communication
  • Drive business growth and transformation through the successful delivery of IT change and transformation projects

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in contract business analysis, with a focus on change management
  • Proven track record of driving successful IT change and transformation projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in an agile environment
  • Strong understanding of business systems and processes

Contract Details

This is a contract position with a minimum duration of 6 months. The successful candidate will be required to work from our office for the first week, followed by remote work. A laptop and company phone will be provided.
