Job Title: Mandarin Speaking Settlement Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin speaking Settlement Officer to join our team at People First. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing cash flows, processing payments, and maintaining banking relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cash flows and ensure timely payment processing
  • Collaborate with finance teams to resolve payment issues
  • Maintain accurate records of banking relationships and transactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Fluent Mandarin and English language skills
  • Experience in settlement or treasury operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
