The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Leisure Club Supervisor to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of the leisure club, ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily functions of the leisure club, including staff scheduling, facility maintenance, and ensuring all equipment is operational.
  • Lead and inspire team members, fostering a motivated and engaged workforce.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or issues they may encounter.
  • Support the creation and execution of marketing initiatives to attract new clientele.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to keep staff informed about club policies and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, prioritizing the safety and wellbeing of both guests and staff.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training processes for new employees.
  • Provide performance reports and guest feedback to the Leisure Club Manager.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a leisure or similar environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
