Key Responsibilities- Provide emotional and physical support to individuals, promoting independence and aiding with daily living skills.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Support individuals with medication management and administration.
- Engage in community-based activities, such as outings, meals, and medical appointments.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- 6 months of UK-based care experience in the last year or a year in the last 5 years.
- Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship).
- Willingness to undergo DBS and reference checks.
- Ability to undertake personal care.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Weekly pay and paid PAYE (no umbrella companies).
- Offer shifts based on your availability.
- 24/7 contact with Brook Street Social Care.
- Pension scheme entitlement.
- Double pay on Bank Holidays.
- Separate holiday pay (use within a year).
