Lead Data Scientist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to lead our Data Insights team and drive business growth through data-driven decision making.

About the Role:

As a Lead Data Scientist, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable frameworks with AI/ML models to drive business insight and optimize operational processes. You will partner with colleagues to identify opportunities to apply AI and make a difference to real business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and develop AI/ML models and frameworks.
  • Partner with colleagues to identify opportunities to apply AI and make a difference to real business problems.
  • Collaborate with data engineering colleagues to improve ETL and data pipelines.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree or post-graduate level, in a numerate/programming-oriented subject, or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge through industry experience.
  • Excellent in writing clean, maintainable, and robust code in Python, Spark, SQL-like languages.
  • Proficient in machine learning frameworks and indicators of model accuracy.
