About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our in-house recruitment team as an Adult Recruitment Coordinator. This is a dynamic and varied role that requires a strong understanding of the recruitment process and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the recruitment team in sourcing and selecting top talent for our clients
  • Assist in the creation and dissemination of job advertisements and marketing materials
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring companies and candidates
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage candidate interactions and track recruitment metrics
  • Collaborate with the In-House Recruiter to deliver an efficient and effective recruitment service
Requirements
  • Strong command of written English and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, OneDrive, Google Drive, and CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
