We are pleased to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Operations Manager to become a vital part of our team at Bristol Street Motors.

The role offers a competitive base salary of £40,000, with an expected total earnings potential of £55,000, alongside a range of company benefits.

The primary focus of this position is to assist the sales department effectively. You will be tasked with constructing and presenting financial packages to clients after thorough qualification by the sales personnel. A comprehensive understanding of financial and insurance product regulations is crucial to ensure that accurate information is communicated.

This position requires the ability to quickly establish rapport with clients and ensure fair treatment throughout the sales process. You will be responsible for tracking financial performance against set targets and identifying any discrepancies. Collaboration with management will be essential to mentor and enhance the skills of the sales team, documenting all activities to assess performance and outcomes.

It is imperative that the ideal candidate showcases a proven track record in coaching and developing a sales team, possesses a process-oriented mindset, excels in relationship management, and demonstrates strong negotiation skills. Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to take initiative are also essential. A valid UK Driving Licence is a requirement for this role.

Strong, demonstrable experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar managerial role within the automotive sector is essential.
