About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Field Technician. As a Trainee Field Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting our experienced technicians in leak detection activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and retrieve loggers (small metal listening devices) within a DMA (district metered area) for water companies.
  • Deploy loggers on client's furniture, such as fire hydrants and valves, and retrieve them 24 hours later to download the results.
  • Assist in capturing constant leakage noise between optical times of 2.00 - 4.00 am and record the noise in Decibels.
  • Perform manual tasks, including lifting, stretching, and bending, and drive long hours as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A full UK manual driving licence, as a vehicle and fuel card will be provided for work purposes.
