HR GO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join a prestigious Marketing Agency in Leeds. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in ecommerce management, with a strong focus on strategy, operations, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize ecommerce platforms, including website design, user experience, and functionality.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deploy campaigns and promotions across multiple channels.
  • Monitor and analyze ecommerce performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Produce regular trading reports and performance metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct competitor audits and market research to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth execution of web design and build projects.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably in a similar agency role.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, including website design, user experience, and functionality.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
