Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Work closely with the children, engaging in activities and providing emotional support to promote their development and independence.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the needs of each child are met.
- Participate in sleep-ins and waking night shifts, providing a safe and supportive environment for the children.
- Experience working with children and young people with disabilities.
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of individual care plans.
- Full driving license with business class insurance or ability to demonstrate mobility requirements.
