Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Get Recruited (UK) Ltd. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our B2B Email Marketing Program, including producing the monthly email calendar, creating text-based content, and monitoring campaign analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of the B2B Email Marketing Program, including campaign scheduling, monitoring, and managing inbox responses
  • Data management: pre-campaign preparation, data updates, data collection/validation, daily lead downloads, and GDPR removal requests
  • CRM management: keeping the central CRM data organized, cleansed, and optimized
  • Monitoring email and domain reputation, while monitoring campaign analytics to make improvements
  • Reporting on daily leads acquired, advert content quality/optimization, weekly personal branding activity
  • Blog writing: researching, writing, SEO optimization, and posting to web/social
  • Personal branding: developing your personal brand, while working closely with the wider team to encourage, amplify, and enhance their personal brands
  • Ad-hoc marketing tasks: supporting the senior marketing executive with website updates, social media content, marketing automation projects, and award submissions

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar marketing administrator/marketing assistant position with copywriting experience
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to write engaging content
  • Being tech-savvy, with the ability to learn quickly and operate at a 'super admin' level
  • A basic understanding of SEO principles for blog writing
  • A high energy individual who is nice, hardworking, and keen to grow and succeed in marketing
