About the Role

NFU Mutual is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaigns Coordinator to join our Marketing & Digital division. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and print.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers and agencies to support campaign delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with the commercial marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing campaign coordination, with a focus on integrated marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and campaign analysis.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms.
