Job Title: Field Service Engineer - Commercial Laundry Specialist

Location: Remote (covering Cornwall and Devon)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, with overtime paid on top

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our well-established service team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service and repair of commercial laundry equipment at customer sites. Our client is a leading supplier and service provider of commercial laundry and dishwashers, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintenance, and repair of commercial laundry equipment at customer sites
  • Maintain high levels of customer service
  • Health and safety, using right procedures and PPE
  • Working alone and as part of a team
  • Managing stock levels

Requirements:

  • Mechanical and electrical knowledge
  • Some knowledge of plumbing
  • Electrically qualified (desirable)
  • Full UK driving license
  • Ability to work under own initiative
