Right Now Recruitment is currently partnered with a leading organization that is recruiting for a Field Service Engineer position in the Devon region due to sustained growth.

If you consider yourself suitable for a Field Service role with an Electrical Engineering focus and are open to travel, this could be an ideal opportunity.

Ideal Experience:

· Electrical Engineering background or relevant qualification i.e. City & Guilds - NVQ or equivalent

· Previous Field Service Engineering Experience

· Experience in Repairing or Installing Catering, Kitchen, white goods, Industrial Equipment or domestic goods i.e. Microwaves, Ovens etc.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Investigate technical issues and resolve along with realizing opportunities appropriate to the business needs of the specific customer
  • Install, maintain and survey high-end Catering/Kitchen appliances
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation
  • Complete paperwork accurately and on time
  • Provide support required for internal and external customers
  • Be able to manage tight deadlines for physical and administrative aspects of the role
  • Service levels to customer lead-times and KPIs

**Desirable Skills:**

  • Previous experience in a Field Service Engineering or Technician role
  • Previous experience in repairing or installing Electrical kitchen appliances, microwaves, ovens, cookers, or industrial equipment
  • Electrical knowledge, previous experience in maintenance or some form of Electronics/Electrical engineering
  • Experience in working out on the road from a van or car
  • Good people/customer service skills
  • Flexible approach to working hours and days
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Have good problem-solving acumen
  • Able to both work independently and also as part of a team
