About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Care Assistant to join our team at My Client, a leading provider of support services for individuals with a variety of needs. As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support as part of a team to service users in a care environment
  • Coordinate and allocate work tasks, ensuring that support is delivered effectively and in line with individual care plans
  • Provide hands-on support to individuals with a variety of care needs
  • Undertake assessments and reviews of individual care plans
  • Liaise with families, carers, and external professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care
  • Monitor and report on the progress and well-being of clients
  • Support with staff training, development, and supervision
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a similar role within the social care sector
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience of working with individuals in a care environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
