About the Role

We're seeking a talented Social Media Video Executive to join our team at Ilk Agency. As a key member of our social media team, you'll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media communities, and developing ideas to drive brand success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting social media calendars and managing communities on social media platforms
  • Creating content, including TikToks and reels, to bring social channels to life
  • Developing ideas, writing posts, and briefing designers to create assets with impact
  • Contributing to opportunities and pitches, adding expertise to a wider integrated team
  • Working closely with our PR team and reporting to Account Managers and our Head of Social & Paid Media
Requirements
  • Education to degree level, preferably in a communications field
  • A good understanding of social media and its principles
  • Some paid media experience
  • The ability to write and create impactful content
  • TikTok and reels editing skills
