Social Media Video Specialist

We're seeking a talented Social Media Video Executive to join our team at Ilk Agency. As a key member of our social media team, you'll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media communities, and developing ideas that drive brand success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement social media strategies that align with brand objectives
* Create high-quality content for social media platforms, including videos, posts, and stories
* Manage and moderate social media communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with the creative team to develop ideas and concepts for social media campaigns
* Analyze engagement metrics and provide insights to inform future content strategies
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in a communications-related field
* 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features
* Excellent content creation and writing skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
