About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Cycle Instructor to join our team at TfGM, responsible for delivering Adult Cycle Training across Greater Manchester.

As a cycling champion, you will work with people of all abilities, providing high-quality training sessions and courses, including 1:2:1, Family, Complete Beginner, Confidence Builder, and Introduction to Quiet Roads.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver group and on-demand sessions, including client and session administration.
  • Attend instructor meetings and contribute to the development of our cycling training offer.
  • Work with adults and young people of all abilities, promoting a 'can do' attitude and instilling confidence in others.
What We're Looking For
  • A qualified Freelance National Standard Accredited Cycle Instructor or working towards this qualification.
  • Experience of working with adults/young people of all abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
What We Offer

We have a flexible approach to freelance working, with hours to suit your needs and a fixed fee of £17 per hour. You will be required to predominantly cover sessions within the Northern part of Greater Manchester, including Wigan, Bolton, Bury, Oldham, and Rochdale.

Interviews will take place online, and successful candidates will undergo pre-employment checks, including DBS, before commencing delivery.
