Job Title: Duty Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our venues and delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our venues, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with our management team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
