Join Our Team as a Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team at Everyman Cinema Group. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service and quality food.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and kitchen procedures to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the venue management team to maximize service delivery opportunities and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or Sous Chef in a fast-paced, branded operation.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
