Key Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of current planning legislation, guidance, and procedures to inform decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information to various audiences
Requirements
  • Experience in a town planning team or related environment
  • Knowledge of strategic site delivery and urban design principles
  • Proficient IT skills to manage and analyze data
  • Ability to work independently to tight deadlines and as part of a team
