About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our Amplifon team in a high street branch in Finchley. As a Hearing Aid Specialist, you will work closely with a dedicated Sales & Customer Service Advisor to manage your diary and greet customers, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administering hearing tests and assessments to identify client needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Providing exceptional aftercare services to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Managing the clinic and team, including staff management and performance monitoring.
  • Ensuring a professional, courteous, and high-quality service is delivered to all clients.
  • Acting as a role model for Amplifon by developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, local community, and other clinicians.

About You

  • Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with the HCPC.
  • Exceptional standards of customer care and service.
  • Commercial sensitivity and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication style and organizational skills.

What We Offer

  • Basic salary from £35,000-£40,000 based on experience.
  • Uncapped commission (company average 12-15% of total sales).
  • Company car or car allowance of £3,000.
  • 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays).
