About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Relief Pharmacy Services Assistant. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the safe supply of medicines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, providing health advice and services to patients through engaging conversations.
  • Ensure every customer leaves the pharmacy feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs.
  • Keep the shop floor fully stocked and ready for customers through accepting and working deliveries and completing stock takes.
  • Deliver the technical aspects of the dispensary, allowing and ensuring the safe supply of medicines.
  • Assist with sales and general store duties, including creating product displays and cash transactions.
About You

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for customer service and a natural ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues. You will need to demonstrate an upbeat, caring, and confident manner when serving and advising patients, as well as an enthusiasm and talent for problem-solving.

Experience of working in a retail background and using a stock control system would be desirable, but full training is provided. As travel will be required within this role, you will need to hold a valid driving license and access to a vehicle for business use.
