Job Title: MRB Assistant

About the Role:

Fugro is seeking a highly skilled MRB Assistant to support the Quality Manager, quality, workshop, and project teams in effectively collating and distributing MRB's in accordance with the contractual requirements of the client. As an MRB Assistant, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and filing supplier quality records, reviewing company and client quality plans, and generating quality records (manufacturing record books) for company products and services as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Quality Manager and quality teams in collating and distributing MRB's in accordance with client contractual requirements.
  • Receive, organize, and file supplier quality records.
  • Review company and client quality plans to determine the correct records and documentation to be included in the company manufacturing record books.
  • Generate quality records (manufacturing record books) for company products and services as required.
  • Produce Manufacturing Record Books for company products and services as needed.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments (Projects, Workshop, Purchasing, and Stores) regarding quality records.
  • Review company and client quality requirements to ensure accurate records and documentation are included in the Manufacturing Record Books for company-supplied products or services.
  • Compile and issue customer documentation packages and retain all records.
  • Coordinate with customers and production to gather necessary information for documentation packages.
  • Generate reports as required for Technical Clerk, QHSE Manager, and Management Team.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable communication skills of a high standard, with the ability to confidently liaise with and maintain communication with the QHSE Manager, QC Inspector, Technical Clerk, and all other relevant personnel to ensure the production and maintenance of the company quality records. You will also have a high standard of computer literacy specifically with Microsoft office.
