The Company:
Our client is a well-established engineering sub-contract organisation with a strong presence in the construction industry. They offer a comprehensive engineering solution, including laser cutting, press brake, tube bending, and fabrication services.
The Role:
We are seeking a Quality Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the board. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across all aspects of our operations.
- Develop and implement quality management systems to meet ISO 9001 standards
- Lead the quality team and manage quality processes
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure quality compliance
- Analyse customer performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Oversee internal and external audits to ensure quality standards are met
- Visit customer sites to conduct quality reviews and meetings
The Candidate:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in quality management and fabrication. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Suffolk
This role is commutable from various locations in Suffolk and surrounding areas.
