Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at AWD online. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our quality management system is maintained and developed to meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Lead quality initiatives and provide technical guidance to operational teams
- Monitor product nonconformity and initiate corrective action as necessary
- Conduct regular audits and root cause analyses to drive continuous improvement
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure materials meet quality requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a QA Manager in a steel or aluminium manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
