About the Role:
The Head of Sales and Revenue Growth will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic planning, forecasting, and effective resource allocation. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will allocate revenue targets across the sales management team and take ownership of the commercial direction and performance of the UK team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Lead a team of sales managers and indirect reports to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Contribute to business growth through identifying, qualifying, and closing significant deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes and best practices
- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth
About You:
We are seeking a highly experienced sales leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will have a strong background in SaaS/Tech and a successful history of implementing strategies to drive revenue growth. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.
