Venue and Locations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Venue and Locations Manager to join our team at Fever España. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing high-quality venues for our live events and experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct site visits and assess the feasibility of potential venues, ensuring they meet our experiential and financial requirements.
- Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement venue strategies that enhance the audience's experience.
- Manage venue-related issues across multiple projects, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality experiences.
- Represent Fever at site visits, meetings, and local events, building relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Proven track record in property or real estate negotiations, facilities management, or live event production management.
- Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and project management.
