Product Management Director for ESG Solutions

Wenham Carter Group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of its Environmental Sustainability (ESG) product. As the Director of ESG Product Management, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle for our ESG solution.

The company has a strong presence in the GRC software market and has recently acquired an ESG data reporting and carbon accounting platform. This solution has a growing customer base and is projected to expand significantly in the coming years.

In this role, you will report to the Global Vice President of Product and lead a team of Product Managers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our ESG solution
  • Overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product development, launch, and maintenance
  • Leading a team of Product Managers to ensure successful product delivery
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience leading teams and developing successful products in the ESG space. They will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, drive business growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of experience leading a Product Management team for an ESG software product
  • Strong understanding of ESG product development and market trends
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
