Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Product Management professional to lead our ESG product team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle for our ESG product. This includes capabilities across Scope 1, 2, 3 Greenhouse Gas Emissions calculation & reporting, as well as ESG data management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Product Managers to develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading a Product Management team for an ESG software product
  • Proven track record of delivering successful product launches and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
