About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Data Analyst and Performance Optimization Specialist to join our team at eFinancialCareers. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex financial data to inform business decisions and drive performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Analysis: Reconcile fund and account data on a monthly basis, including inputting trade and position data and pricing a wide variety of positions using Bloomberg.
  • Performance and Risk Reporting: Produce weekly and monthly performance and risk reports, including contribution analysis and identification of overall risk factors.
  • Performance Calculation: Assist with the calculation of performance for funds and accounts.
  • Process Improvement: Assist with project work on continual system and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Education: Strong academic background, preferably with a professional qualification or studying for a qualification such as CFA or CAIA.
  • Experience: Preferred 4+ years of professional experience within the financial services sector, within the asset management/fund of funds industry. Direct experience in a similar role is strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of SS&C Advent products (e.g., Geneva) is desirable but not essential. High level of personal and professional ethics, and integrity. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Well-organized and detail-oriented. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
