We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Administrator to join our team at Perfect Placement UK Ltd. As a Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive client's service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Management: Produce accurate and timely invoices to facilitate prompt payment from customers.
- Customer Relations: Maintain strong working relationships with customers, dealerships, and manufacturers to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Job Card Processing: Process job cards in accordance with manufacturers' standard texts and times to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery.
- Warranty and Claims Administration: Administer and process warranty, repair, and maintenance claims to the manufacturer in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous working experience in a Service Administrator role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Technical Skills: Experience with DMS (Dealer Management System) and a strong understanding of technical aspects of vehicle service and repair.
- Soft Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
