We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Design Specialist to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop learning programs that align with business objectives and meet the skill gaps of our clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop engaging upskilling programs that leverage the latest tools and technologies to create an effective learning experience.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, Learning Architects, and Program Managers to develop content and content customizations for client use cases.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate them into the development process to bring efficiencies and accuracy to the development process.
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders, including Learning Architects, Program Managers, subject matter experts, and members of client case teams, to develop content, content customizations, and upgrade existing curriculum.
- Monitor and report on the usage, satisfaction, and overall success of the program.
- Support the successful delivery of programs on a need basis.
- 2 to 4+ years of Instructional design experience, with knowledge of learning science applied in adult learning.
- Experience in designing curriculums and assessments.
- Experience in developing Instructor Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT), self-paced eLearning, Micro-learning, social learning.
- Experience with eLearning content authoring tools or with building content in NovoEd.
- Experience in using video creation and editing tools.
- Background in graphic and/or visual design is preferred.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Slack, Trello.
- Track-record of content development with SMEs in a highly matrixed environment.
- Experience in working in the global organizations.
- Should be a self-starter, with entrepreneurial skills.
